hey man.. you have to go up much more before you spin.. now you are like spinning yourself off the ground, wich gives you no hight at all.. so just go up before the spin.

Good news is, you have a decent lead in and you don't hesitate when you jump. You are also getting decent height.
Bad news is, your timing is off when you open up to land. Jump higher, keep working it and practicing until you get a feel of when to open up.
Thx emildc and brandon904, anyone elses advice is wanted desperatly as well

I watched the clip in slomo , the moment ur taking off u look strangely back, like over ur should but even further.
u cant stay looking at the ground the whole time, cuz then that way u will go..
at takeoff Look up and try to go up, give urself a quick second to gain height. and then Initiate the spin by look over your shoulder and tucking ur arms in hard. Main problem is early twisting and not gaining height.
if u got that fixed, then its just kicking ur legs down at the right time for landing. But thats just practice!
hope it helped :good:

That's one powerful twist you got bro. Fixing this shouldn't be too hard, well, usually it is a bit tedious to fight your muscle memory.
But umm don't lean back on takeoff. For any move on which you're supposed to get as high as you can, don't lean back EVER until after you've totally left the ground. Actually for a corkscrew (as opposed to a gainer full) you don't need to lean back at all, you just need to lift your kicking leg up pretty high.
So yea, don't lean back that much, and then throw your powerful twist after your last foot has left the ground. This doesn't look like too much of a problem for you.
Swing that other leg up high. It looks like you're just forcing your knee up, for the leg you swing is very bent. Kick that mess up STRAIGHT as high as you can, then twist after your other foot leaves the ground. Have fun.
