Before you watch this;
Yes I know I suck.
Read the description on youtube.
I literally made this video knowing how much I suck, because I am starting TKD soon, and want to have a "before" type video so I can keep track of my progress, and eventually look back and laugh at how horrible I am.
might be a couple minutes processing.
please comment and rate. thanks.

Kato: Wow how much sooner did you begin tricking before you started a martial art? and thanks for the reply I'll be sure to keep you in mi nd if i have questions etc.
I am just working my basics right now, and occasionally throwing something silly just for fun. haha.
right now, sidekicks are kicking my ass. but it hurts so good!

Sidekicks are easy, just use the hips and the movement of the knee must be straight line. ^^

They aren't hard, they just use different muscles than I am accustomed to using.

Remember a very important thing = Mark your kicks. Hold them out for a split second or so, so its possible to see what kick you are doing. And for your sidekicks, do them in 3 movements. Pull your leg up and chamber it - Unchamber it/kick (remember to "push" the kick out. The foot stays in one line. If you do some kinda' circular motion, it'll just be a shitty roundkick sorta' thing)- chamber again and put it down. Read Sessh's Kicking 101, some tutorials on the sidekick (Yes, i saw one somewhere) and compare your kick to some other "good" kickers that's doing a sidekick. Btw., very nice spin hook kick, compared too your experience with martial arts.
