people, i need so much help
since i had this ankle injury off two 8 weeks ago i have troube doing btwist and aerial twist
the problem is: 50% of the time i land the moves i hurt my ankle with much pain..
if you land a btwist you land on the tip of your toes meanly
well if my toes get to close to my leg ( like if you pull hard you toes toward you leg) well if i land like that the pain is so hard
i'm getting fucking afraid of the moves, but i love them
I love the Btwist cauze its one off my best moves...
the question is: how can i make the btwist and aerial twist without hurting myself or landing to short on the tip off my toes...
