worst case BHS

hi!

before i try to bhs... to overcome my insecurity, i wanted to ask what is the worst thing that could happen to me if i do bhs wrong

- break my arm? in case of falling strange... how could that possibly happen? i was able to jump on my own arm and sprain it - just plain stupid

- read somewhere break my neck - seems to be impossible cause my arms would be stretched right? so before i break my neck i'll break my arm

- don't arch my back enough so i just simply fall on my back somehow?

- too strengthless to get my legs over? get stuck in the air?

i'm 89% mentaly prepared to do bhs. not really really necessary but wanna know what could happen...

Yeah, this is the most likely thing to happen. I often get stuck in midair, it's so frustrating to try and get back down to earth.

Under normal conditions, the worst thing that could happen is that you "crash", which will stir you up a little...but it should be quickly clear that it isn't that bad

if your 89% certain you just need to do it, psych yourself up, come on, roar out a war cry.. "RRRRUUUSSSSHHH"
stalling makes it worse, its like a roller coaster, the ride isn't bad, its the line waiting for it, you freak yourself out thinking about it, and when you do it, its not so bad.. Just Do It!

if you dont get your arms out all the way and you hit your head on the ground and land in a headstand position you can get a nasty bruise on your head and you can mess up your neck real bad.

Well, I saw a dude snap his arm in half doing one just 6 weeks ago.

You could also get cancer from doing it.

one time i saw this guy who thought he was cool and he did a bhs and he spontaneously combusted doing it. I'd just forget even trying the move just in case you burst into flames aswell.

my team mate mickey landed directly on his head with no support provided by his hands, balanced for a few seconds whilst laughing then fell over. im pretty sure he was completely uninjured haha

yeh worst thing that can happen is you could jus bottle out half way through and crash on ur side or summin, aslong as u try it on summin relatively soft i.e grass ther no real risk
