Hy Guys, its not a Tutorial but you can recognize each movement from my body(jump angle, body inclination position, position of the arms, feet, legs, head,.. ) !

Includes:
Sideflipcirkle, Roof Sidflip to Sideflip Cirkle, Roof Sideflipcirkle !

For everyone who wants to learn it,
to study the movement and try!

Its not so difficult how it seems, realy !

Good luck, and greats from Vienna/Austria:wink:

whats the technique, i just tried it, it was a low tucked ball aerial thing, unlike yours where you jump with your torso high and land with it high, mine is low and low.

The secret by the cirkle technique is the jump angle, through the forwards inclination of the body you get very much momentum for the following!

who came with the idea to do that?

The technique calls AMADA MOUSSA and comes from Morocco and was made in the cirkus arena!
Try it, 10 days and you got it:wink:

Here my teacher Abdull-who teach me the cirkle!
He is one of the World best Amada Moussa Acrobats!
