hey ive been tricking for like 3 days now lol and i was just wondering if there is ne way to strengthen / stretch my toes so they dont get sore. the only thing that i can think of is just to keep jumping off of them or to maybe to do foot plants on walls.

Yeah, I've got a problem with my big toe. It really hurts sometimes to put pressure on it and it has a lesser range of motion without pain compared to the other toe. :(

Edit: I should think it's probably a better idea to rest up your toes if they are sore rather than start kicking walls. Maybe try gently stretching/strengthening them when they feel beter.

Dude, I wish I could kill shit with my toes. Maybe even perfect the whole shooting lasers from the nails...

Look your toes hurt because your skin isn't hard enough yet you fruit. You need to produce a callus on your feet by training bare foot on all surfaces, you won't produce a callus on grass. Gym floor and concrete or quit.

Stretching your toes who said that!? hahahahhaha you know nothing. Don't rest your feet instead wear shoes until your better to train barefoot. These are the only time you should wear shoes.

Quoted for truth, hardening the feet is a lovely ordeal. I remember every new season of Martial arts when you step up on the mats again and pull a "burn the christmas ham" session. Feet are bloody burning after that.

Oh and I have no skin left on my feet due to tissue damage (from freezing.)
can get pretty annoying at times.

*Edit* Your toes will adapt, just don't overdo it in the first stretch. If the pain sustains, rest and see if it's better the day after. Don't go for to long sessions.

Give it a couple of weeks and you'll be stomping that floor without worries!
