what is the best creatine supplement to take
and which is best for your money (im a bit tight for money)
i know cell tech is beyond good but its fucking expensive and i cant afford it.

Just plain creatine monohydrate, especially if you're on a budget. If you have more cash you can splash out on degussa creatine (i.e. Creapure), but that's still just regular monohydrate but purer - the end results are basically identical. Also, it's just occured to me that this thread might be a joke, but in case it isn't, Cell-Tech is nothing special.

Theirs some stuff about it not being as effective after it has been used for a number of weeks, so you stop taking it for a few weeks then go back on a few weeks later to keep getting benefits.

It's cycled because it's possibly harmful to the kidneys and your body might become dependent on high intake of creatine

Yes, there are no long-term studies on the effects of creatine so it's cycled as a precaution.

what you do is split a bottle with your friend and then when he stops being interested in the supplementing, you take the rest away from him for free.

It doesn't need to be. Generally it's cycled in large doses. I've seen a good amount of support for a constant low level intake of around 2-3g per day. If you feel it's necessary you could do a week of loading w/ 20g per day, followed by maintaining at 2-3g per day.

Ok, well i work at GNC. The best products at the store we carry are the NOXCG3 that stuff is the real deal no bs. Helps with energy strength enudrance size, have to be consistant with it. If you want pills i recommend CE2 by MRI, I usually keep clear of muscle tech because I dont like that company at all... Creatine mono is horrible, you end up getting like 1/10th the results and just bloated up save your money.

I do not use any supplements and here are my highlights:

260 pound bench press
365 pound back squat
365 pound deadlift
80 push ups in a row
25 chin ups in a row
170 pounds bodyweight

Can you do at least this? If not, you probably don't need supplements yet. I am still getting stronger.

Is it just my creatine-monohydrate that doesn't really dissolve in water/juice?
It has a bit of the texture of salt.
any ideas to solve it, maybe micronized or something like that?

Just drink it down and don't fret about it. Using warmer water helps. You shouldn't really use juice either.
