Turning sony vegas files into other formats

how do i save movies that iv made in sony vegas (.veg) files as a decent format which will play in windows media player?

yeh but its difficult to start off with, i think iv got the basics sussed out now :)

yeah man, just when you export it as uncompressed avi, it's gonna be a couple of gigs, so make sure you have auto guardian knot to compress it if ya need it.
