Yeah I think the occasional advertisement would be useful. It still hasn't quite caught on yet, and it really should.

I'd hate to say it, but the Club540.net project is dead. I don't know why Sean's waiting for freaking 3000 more people to join. It's just impractical. Unless everybody really stresses for everybody else to join, it's not happening.
It might be because the site doesn't have that much to offer now. Really now, look at how many members we have just on TT. I wonder why we can't get that many there. Maybe it's because the TT site has lots of offer us? Who knows. But it seems Sean's fire for it has died down, so I don't see it going anywhere any time soon.
But heck, through it I was able to meet Tran. Horray!

club540.net or TT or someone else, should make a really nice Tricktionary. i know club540.com has one but its the same old stuff and i want more tricks listed and maybe multiple clips of the same move because some of the clips dont match the discription or the trick. and maybe a list of combos to try or stuff like that.
what would be really freakin sweet is if you could type in tricks you can do and a generator will spit out combos to try....i know computer geeks know how to make that kind of programs.

I haven't lost any fire over the project. There's just nothing I can really do until we have enough people registered to make it work. I have over 30,000 registered users on Club540.com. 5,000 on Club540.net isn't that hard to fathom. What's really odd is why it's taking so long. It's not like I'm going to win a prize when it's done or something - it's a registry that needs to populate itself. I specifically say on the home page its up to everyone to spread the word and get people on there.

Wow, old thread revived, but in a definite good way. More people from T/T among other places need to register at club540.net pronto. I've been on there forever now haha.

I think it just needs more publicity... I've linked to it but like many others on here I just don't check it that often. It really would be extremely useful and I'm all for whatever we need to do to bring it back to life! Suggestions? To new trickers (within 2 years experience), used it? feedback?
