View Full Version : russian front flip info
hey guys, i was wondering if any of you had some information about russian front flips, i tried google but i couldn't find anything usefull, maybe it's because i'm not using the correct name for that flip...
and if you dont know what a russian front is it looks like this:

they are easier then you think. just try one but make sure when you swing your hands back that your arms go as far back as possible right when you push off so the momentum of your arms pulls you up and around for the flip. if your still scared then try it a few times on a tramp or spring floor then try on grass
oh i'm not scared, that's me in that video, i just wanted to get infos about the actual move and also, maybe good videos so i can study the move more
i would say your avatar looks goofy.
but the thing with russian front is that you get more height and can combo easier at least for me

Is it easier than a regular front? A matter of preference I suppose.

get a flash or double flash in that
u got alot of height :good:
i find them not really easier but less tiresome then normal fronts and also more effective i could probably link an aerial after them as for the flash i'm already working on it. so anyone know another name for that move or got videos?
