i used it for a little while but i left out that lying on your back stretch for your knees, it felt kind of weird and didnt realy help me a whole lot.

in my beginnings of stretching i followed it fairly strictly, i made a fair ammount of progress too. im a fan of the program. but i dont know a whole lot about stretching so i cant realy critique it that well.

i wanted to start this programm some month before but it was very boring. there are only a few exercises and you should hold one stretch up to 10 minutes  !!!!

what are you doing while stretching so long in the same position??? its very boring and also the pain becomes more and more! should i stretch not so hard that the pain becomes less?

Just read a book or watch TV or something. I watch samplers to motivate myself while I stretch. Also you shouldn't be pushing through great amounts of pain, just slight discomfort.

what do you do when stretching?

listen to music
perhaps some school work?
do excercises on free parts of your body, or breathing excercises
meditate or ponder on your life.
knit, practice making your pupils dilate, or whatever floats your baot really.

or several of the above.
