This is from a few months ago, I jump, stall/set, tuck, I don't jump back, but I allways either land like this or very low, I did'nt want to have to to do this but I have to know what I'm doing wrong.

Need a downloadable version, otherwise it's hard to see the problem.

Your arms sorta drop when you tuck.

And you needn't face forward so much. You can look forward with your head all you want, but it helps if your torso is pointed a bit upwards.

And yea dont drop your arms, bring your legs to them.

bring your knees to your arms not the other way around

Try and wrap your arms back around and pull up under your knees. It's a different style to try if your stuck.

Throw your head up, tuck harder (faster, it'll rotate you).

it almost looks like you lack confidence more than anything. are you used to crashing these alot? try and force yourself to stay on your feet no matter what.

I think your hand should go to your knee, and as far as I can see you knee are going a little bit to your hand, so it's slow down your rotation and you fall...

i think, that you look back to late. the body follows the your head. in your vid it looks like you look back when you tuck but you should do it a before.

I say your technique is pretty good but you just lack air awareness, you could have easilly landed that one.

just keep practicing, good luck ;)

If you jump straight up and stall like that, you will hit your peak and drop like a rock. Don't stall for so long and don't be so hesitant to jump back a little, as long as keep your head looking forward you'll be fine.

you need to set your body in a hollow possition and then drive your knees to your chest

Tuck like a bitch, throw everything up, commit, watch something in front of you, extend through your whole body, http://youtube.com/watch?v=TwfCE8DnPbY watch how snappy my tuck is ^^

Yeah. All you need to do is make sure that tuck is as good as you can get it.

Put your chest up, and bring your knees to your arms. Not the other way round.

A tip that always helps me tuck tighter would be to try and grab your ankles.

I think alexx did a good job at reaching low for his tuck making it super tight.

Alexx, your single trick vids scream style!
