How many carbs do you eat per day? I'd like to see how the forum organises this part of their diet.

If you cycle carbs at all, then average it out over the week. So if you're eating like the anabolic diet (http://www.t-nation.com/readTopic.do?id=658379) And get ~0 carbs during the week, then 700g on saturday, its 100g/day. Or alternate days of ~0 and ~500, its 250/day.

You can post to explain your cycling, if any; timing within a day, if you care about that; total calories per day, and maybe your activity level, too... and whatever else you like.

I wanted to make a poll, but can't we do it? Can only mods make one?

Depends, but mostly in a range of 250-400g per day.

I typically only get 50 to 100 grams a day. About a week before a competition I start eating a lot more of everything especially carbs.

Edit: I lied I get closer to 200 a day

I don't rely on a low carb diet. My diet just seems to even out to around 200 carbs a day. I get plenty of calories a day and I'm faster than anyone else around here so...I don't think my diet needs to be changed.

You sound a bit unsure about your carb intake. What else do you eat during a day?
