Oh Ashtar is tyciol now!? I thought tyciol was an interesting character, I have nothing against him. I'll just pretend that Ashtar is someone new, an evolved form of tyciol if you will, that way he can have a clean slate.

Actually I already did LARPfighting, it's awesome. Fighting with PCVP pipe coated in foam and duct tape lets you go without armour and hit each other a lot harder, though some organizations have rules against that because people were still getting hurt or something.

Still, it's a lot more dynamic than fencing and kendo since it lacks rules. Also, you work the lungs more since you have to keep shouting "3 metal 3 metal 3 metal" over and over as you do it and stuff.

The rules for spells suck, did you know that if you deflect a bean bag spell rep with your sword it still counts as hitting you? That's stupid. If I actually manage to do that it shouldn't count.

No that's the dumb thing, usually most spells are stupid shit like 'sleep'. It's dumb because while I realize the rule's in place to stop people blocking with weapons and shields, it also means if I'm carrying my huge 6ft foam sword, they could miss me by that much and still put me to sleep by aiming at my massive phallic object.
