quick touch down raiz question

Is a "proper" touch down raiz:
1) a raiz but just jumping onto the 2nd hand, if you know what im saying
or
2) or do a fast gumby but just place the 2nd hand.

so in another sense
1) do a aerial but just fall short of the landing and put your 2nd hand down
2) or do a fast cartwheel landing on your 2nd hand

hope this made sense, i just dont want to learn with the wrong way.

any tut out there please tell me

and in sessh's tricking 101 one hand raiz and touchdown raiz are different moves??? and which of the two is palm raiz? sorry this termology is still confusing.

It has nothing to do with an aerial.
A touch down raiz is different then a gumby, or atleast the one I am assuming youre talking about.
Can you even raiz yet?
Just do a raiz and reach over your shoulder with your arm.

It's the same arm as the first lifting leg, and once you have raiz properly, they are easy.
