It's not really a problem that you've lost it, cause it's crap anyway...
There have been a lot of threads about it already and everytime the same answer comes out: IT FUCKS UP YOUR KNEES! and there are better ways of getting more legstrength.

i'm doing aa3 right now.my right knee was fucked up before i started aa3 (cause i land cartwheels kinda strange it hurts my right knee when i reach the ground..) the other knee is still ok. i heard that it's not good for your knee as well so i decided to do aa3 and when my knee starts to hurt or something else i'll stop.. i'm doing the exercises for the 11th week now...

The best resource in this topic I have ever seen is "The Vertical Jump Bible". It contains strength and plyometric programs from beginner to advanced, bodyweight or weights, and it explains the science behind the vertical jump. It also has a section about the correct jumping technique. I definitely recommend it.
