Is there any good full twist tutorials? And are full twists really hard or easy?

Fulltwist's Are actually easy! Tho hard to get your head around!
There was a good guide on here but i failed to find it!
Best to get R/o>Fulltwist
before standing!
Get R/o Layouts down firmly!
Then soon as you punch off your round off and have hit the air throw your arms up straight next to your head then rip them into the side of your bodying hugging which way you want to spin while looking over your shoulder and also try to turn your whole body when you go into the riping motion!
if you have a good roundoff handspring layout then full is much better from it, in my opinion
but yea as carney said, just make sure you go up before you twist

As long as you throw your arms up BEFORE you leave the ground, it is safe to twist the moment you have LEFT the ground.
Good luck!

make sure that the millisecond after you start to twist, squeeze your abs like hell. the first time i tried this, i accidentally did a double full when i only meant to do a full. my point is you spin freakishly fast if you do this... that is, if you torqued hard enough...

Okay, so even if it is a standing full-twist you spin after you have left the ground? Also, speaking of round-offs and back hand-springs which one is easier to do a back-flip after? I can't back hand-spring yet, but once summer comes 'round it's the first thing I'm going for.

Something i noticed Aswell! after you have put your arms up and delayed a split second to enter the flip before twisting!
Alot of people Correctly Block/Arms up (enough)/Pull there arms into the side they want to twist/look over the same shoulder correctly... BUT they just Dont spin they just do a nice layout. Now i get that alot... and if thats you! practice standing steal on the ground and with your Whole body from feet to head rotating it! even if on the ground you can solidly turn it 80 while keeping the motions of a fulltwist correct your ready! then when your in the air You do tho motions i said about but with it turn your Whole body! mayb scary but youll do a whole Fulltwist!
