I have problems with my hip flexor. Maybe with Rectus Femoris too. So what stretches should i do?

Are people giving direct links to the forums instead of the main site?

Maybe a solution would be to hide the registration button somewhere in the site so you have to read it before signing... the flex section is best because that's usually what people ask about right?
