are you saying that you are good enough at branling already, branleh? branling is always branle.

all you need is more practise. branling would just make you feel much more comfortable when practising, bran branleh.

any tips on my front splits ?
put something soft under your knee and then try to turn your knee and foot to the floor, not to the side. it's healthier.

Your so fucking close!! All you should do is stretch!!! and really try and get more gains you probably get it in a week.

cool, cheers.I have been quite laid back in my streching routine, like id strech every day for a week, then strech once a month lol, but yeah im going to try rearly hard tomorow, i have a place i can trick/strech for 5 hours.

it's just better for the knee if it does not get such a twisting force.
and in your second pic i can't really see where the knee is pointing to

You're 15 so I'd say stay off isometrics and focus on doing relaxed static stretching twice a day.

When you get the splits, practice sitting in that position for extended periods of time.

Well, it's just not advisable for people who are still in the growth phase to use isometrics. Anyway, you don't need them anymore I guess, the missing distance can be achieved by passive streches.
I'm curious how long did it take you to progress till your current state and what type of stretches you were using ?

I guess your so young you don't need to stretch much and that you've just got to the stage you are now because of it.

It looks like your right (back) leg is turned out on the first pic but I can't tell because it's small. That'd be a 'martial arts' split or whatever.

I love doing the padded cushion under the knee. It also makes sliding out a lot easier, less jumpy than having to lift your leg to push it out further.

When the knee is on the ground like that, how much do you guys tend to flex that back knee? Angle between the back of the front leg and the front thigh of the rear leg equal, having the rear leg flexed always does seem more impressive, you see stuff like that in ryhtmic gymnastics. Seems like it'd mainly focus the stretch on the portion of the hip flexor that's also a knee extensor.
