In light of Dan's c720 twist tutorial rising to the surface, I thought to myself "That doesn't look so hard." So I decided give it a shot on my hard, uneven, frozen grass. This is the ending result...
It ended my session pretty abrubtly.

Ouch
Is this thing harder or easier than a dub btwist?
A lot easier. I've heard it's around the same difficulty as a cork.

why doy ou all underestimate c720 twist? i can do it easily now, but ts so much harder then a cork if you even try to come close to thinking remotley logically.. its the same rotation of a cork but 0 hiehgt advantage .... think about it...

anyway for advice for you mcjizzle, what i did was .. i pulled mmy matress out (summer / spring id advise) and woulld just throw em onto it, no fear and id keep wrapped tight, since its amove of experimentation, id say do it onto something like a matress, because u get to experience more, throw it like 50 times, as aposed to like one on hard grass >_> dont forget to keep tight. and stall

i'm not usually picky but that was kinda vertical... the 540 twist, but the concept is the same. usually i do it like a horizontal raiz start then as soon as im like horizontal in my first turn think btwist... b4 that turn u r head and shoulders hard...
here's a vid of it...

Awwww, McJizzle! :-D You poor bastard! I warned you! This trick will bruise you to hell when you're learning it!
But for a first shot, that was AMAZING. You brought up the knee perfectly, your got wonderfully horizontal, and your landing leg is coming out. (albeit very early)
Shall I offer you a few tips?
For one, as the most basic rule of twisting: Remember to wrap tight with your arms! Your arms were open the whole time, and if you wrapped tighter with your arms, you could easily squeeze out more rotation. Also, your knee is going up perfectly well, but remember: throw the knee up, and then around to aid with the twist. As Wildarm said, this trick is a lot like a cork with none of the height benefits (I thought that was almost the perfect description) so this move requires as much power as possible. In the twist, you want to force the shoulders, knee, hips, and arms over as hard as you can.
Also, keep your eyes open and look for the ground. You did a great job throwing the landing leg out (people who over-rotate this trick are actually farther from this trick than you are. Spotting the landing and adusting to the timing is the hardest part of this move, not the twist), although you were a little early. Look for the ceiling, and then twist and look for the ground a split second afterwards. You almost want to count it out.
You're doing a wonderful job! Let that ass heal up and give it another shot! <3
I wanna watch this tutorial. Link?

Keep in mind, Jon, that this tutorial is about 8 months old and my cheat720twists back then where crapmax. This was the period where I was just first getting this move, so, though excitement, I made a tutorial for it, like a lot of people do when they first get a move :-D

Edit: I also can't edit videos at all. Haha.

Thanks for all the tips. I wasn't really looking for any, but help is ALWAYS appreciated. I just thought the sound of my ass hitting the ground was pretty intense, so I decided to post it.
