Hi

I was 2 weeks ill , so i couldnt do any sports and strech. Today is tried a sidesplit ! without ! streching before and i had no problems to reach my limits.
Normal i do one hour strech and then try sidesplit.
And i did a normal split and could reach the ground without streching before.
is it normal?

Sometimes your flexibility will increase when you give your body a bit of a rest from any training... Yes its pretty normal.
