Hello, I am new to the forums and to tricking. Not too good with introductions and all that, sorry.

Anyway, the reason I'm starting this is because I could use a little help. I'm not sure newcomers are received, especially when the first thing they do is ask for help, but I would love even a little guidance.

I'm fairly out of shape, as well as pretty unflexible. I'm trying to come out with a program or sorts that will help me get in to tricking shape. That is to say, I would like to become stronger, faster, and more flexible.

As far as exercises/stretches go, I've got a somewhat decent compilation together, which I will list in a bit. Before that, however, I would like to say that I have naught but a few handweights for use. I'd also like to say that I am trying to do as much of this at home as possible.

Legs:
Lunges
Calf Raises
Squats
Mountain Climbers

Upper Body:
Push Ups (Have noted Rianu's "55 Push Up Variations")
Pull Ups
(Pretty lacking, I know)

Core:
Sit Up
Scissor Kick
Superman

If you feel something should be added, or removed for that matter, please feel free to change as you see fit. Thank you.

I have a feeling that he's talking about bodyweight conditioning seeing as all of his excercises are could be/are bodyweight based.

I do mean bodyweight. The link you provided, anfeyd, is something more suited for a gym, or for somebody whom has all the equipment readily available to them. I don't have access to a gym, nor do I have the necessary equipment for use. It does give me some insight on 'explosive exercises,' though.

Thank you for that, er...insightful message? It told me I had a strong stomach for not tossing my cookies when I saw that, as well as proved my sex drive weak. Anybody that sees that and still wants to have sex is just...amazing.

I have sex on a regular basis, and I advocate the posting of these pictures :good:

After posting here for a few years, I was starting to think that I was immune to the internet.

How wrong I was.

Note to self: Don't eat breakfast while on TT...
