Can you tell what is the problem you're having?

Otherwise I think just perform each move with the best technique you can do them. Helpful I know :good:

Try to get a little more distance than normal on the frontflip so that when you roundoff, you continue traveling in distance, making you punch off the ground at more of angle, making the back tuck higher.

i think youve got to have a pretty much flawless front step out to do this

Argh, just front flip really high, and prepare (split legs and all that shiz) for the roundoff before you land.

Finish flip, get into landing position (get the landing gear out, wheels and all) and then land. GO GO GO GO GO GO

Yeah. You need to be able to land standing up first (rather than in a crouched position). Then you need to be able to do a step-out (i.e. land with your legs in the lunge position) in order to make the transition to the round-off.

A front into a backwards tumbling pass was pretty popular in women's gymnastics back in the day (I believe), so you might try searching YouTube for some older videos from the late 70s and early 80s to see some good ones.

its all about practice, you can DO a front tuck roundoff whatever as long as you can land a frontflip decently, but to have the roundoff just as fast and powerful as if you didn't do the flip take a lot of practice, its mostly feeling out the right time to open and step out of the flip

A webster and a frontflip?

Webster= take off 1 foot, land on 1.
Front= Take off 2 feet, land 2 (or 1 if stepping out)

Im not gonna list the actual subroutines of each move though... im sure if you youtube'd webster and front tuck you could get a good idea on what each should look like :)

Damn I really want to learn a webster/loser or whatever so baD!! I can do a front tuck and land like crouching...What do I need to do to transition from front tuck to webster?? momentum also...clueless. I know there's one where you step backwards with one leg and then kick up with the other. I tried it a few times and things didnt go well..It's like a gainer, except backwards..lol
