I need to know about wrist injury. I was screwing around last novemeber doing fhs, handstands, and round-offs and screwed up my wrist. I wore a brace for over a month and it got a little better. I never went to the doc's so I'm not sure on what exactly I did but I couldn't bend it farther than around 60 degrees. I can now get it to around 80 but handstands and push ups still hurt. if you look at your right hand palm down it's at the wrist joint of the ulna. I'm thinking I screwed over one of those little bones just above that. Any ideas on what to do about this?
You're asking about an injury over the internet.
RICE, see a doctor.

RICE is for fresh and new injuries just starting to heal, you would apply heat to a chronic injury like that. Get to the doctors.

RICE? Not talking about the food are we?
Rest Ice Compression and Elevation.
sounds like u just sprained your wrists (ive got one right now infact) and i had one last year, it lasted for a while, say month or 2. I find Regular strengthening + stretching helps
but see a doctor too xd

You see the Doc? What do you do for "regular strengthening+ stretching"
http://www.exrx.net/Lists/ExList/ForeArmWt.html <-- check out wrist flexors/extensors section, but remember not to go hardcore straight away if u feel ur wrists are still too weak
http://www.med.umich.edu/1libr/sma/xwrisspr.gif <--stretches
i find hand grippers also work, can use it whilst watching telly or somit :p

The RICE was a sarcastic statement. I meant the doc.
I had a thread once about these things but nobody paid it any heed I guess.
