Help with some basic moves.....

First off before somones asks me I'll try to find a cam to film me trying this stuff.

Been doing tricking since october of last year and I got these basics down..

Back tuck
( sloppy ) 540 &
( ok ) tornado kick



I need tips/tutorials/videos on the following moves
Aerial!
Raiz
double leg
or any of the basic moves I intitled "( sloppy/ok )".
