540 Crescent

I need help on the 540 Crescent. I can do a 540 just fine but the problem is when I try to do a 540 crescent it ends up becoming a 540 because im kicking with my other leg

there are lots of different techniques for this trick
i do the 540 crescent like a jacknife with my first leg bent. I rotate around my kicking/non-takeoff leg. it's a bit horizontal/laid back
some people prefer to keep their takeoff leg straight and twist around their takeoff leg

just try some different techniques out and see what works for you. It might help to drill the trick without the kick, just the rotation and the chamber.
