about a month ago i fucking tore my anterior talofibular ligament, and i am so fucking pissed i don't why i am even writing this thread, fuming i guess, but for those of you who may have fucked up your ankles how long did it take to get back to normal and did you actually get back to normal as in did your tricking ability get fucked too?

well, i broke my ankle in three places during the summer. i know its not ligament or tenden related, but its actually almost back to normal now. i just had to rehabilitate it like a motherfucker.

Ankles take a long time. Knees do to. They never seem to heal all the way. I sprained my ankle 3 times 2 summers ago, and it still gives me problems now and then.

I totally ruptured a ligament in my ankle and tore another. It took prob 3-4 months until I started tricking again.

yepp, sprained ankle sucks. I sprained mine in christmas and it's still not healed. I have seen a docter 3 times and they can't do a shit. It takes time, sometimes up to years. I haven't tricked for 3 month now to bad.

shit i fucked my ankle today. i can't even walk now. what pissed me the most was i did that doing a move that (normally) is easy as fuck...a pop720. i wonder if i can trick on friday...stupid injuries

Im injured too right now, I cant extend my knee full about 45degrees and Ill have operation soon so probably im done with tricking for this year :dead:

I had some pretty weird ass problems with my ankles. I had it x-rayed and they said it was a possible stress fracture. I think I more than likely tore something though.

I've had very little trouble with my knees. :smile:
