gainer full aerial, and btwist help

on your btwist you are starting too twist to early and while you are facing forward. you need to stall the twist and go up then wait until your body is perpendicular to the direction you are going before you spin.

Aerial looked alright, and I've never tried gfull so I can't help on that. but otherwise very nice:good:

Towards the end i think you stopped fully commiting(or tucking too much.. whatever's making that gainer arabian) on the gfull. Aerial was alright, and you should follow juji's steps from his tut. You might be rushing it too much. Take your time to dip and go to the other side.

ok. thank u for advice. and at the end i was getting tired. (clips are from earlyest to latest in the session)
