Hi,
my name is Jasper i'm 17 years old and i'm from belgium i suck at anything that requires agility, flexibility,...etc so i'm here to change all that and actually get good at it
I watched a couple of vids on youtube about freerunning, i said to myself, i want to be able to do that. of course i say that to myself alot but i feel i'm quite serious about this since i have been reading trough the site al day, printed all flexibility exercises and starting with it as of today. :smile:
Now i want your people's advice, after increasing overall flexibility what tricks should i start with in which order do consider i am a total noob at this and even suck at it (hope that will change in the following years)
I have time and patience for achieving my goals thanks already
