This takeoff is a "swing step," it's the opposite of a cheat step (if you spin left, cheat step always moves you from left side back to right side back... swing step moves you from right side back to left side back) and only when the performer stays vertical (do not invert/level). The exact kick here is a [swing360hook] or [swing360] also known as "stepover hook." If you level yourself as in a cork and you are parallel to the ground it is a pseudoflip hook.

And if you hyper the kick it will be what we call a Lotus kick...
