View Full Version : Undercutting on my raiz???

Hey guys i dont know if you have this problem but my raiz has gotten alot more flipped lately, but I have found that I have been undercutting I need to travel backwards, I end up on top of myself. Any tips to traveling backwards????

Instead of throwing the lifting leg towards your shoulder backwards, add a little more crescent to it. the trajectory of the kick should cause you to travel that little bit more. If you have the arch, make sure that you stall it, because if you arch straight outta the lift, it will pull you around like a whip back and undercut you. Let the technique flow and don't force it, the first lifting leg should be given time to complete its movement near wholly before the whip of the arch to pull the seond leg round.
