yea, i always land realy bad and it looks awful, i have no ideea what i'm doing wrong. I would definitly apreciate some pointers.

You need to buff up your torso.
Hmm things that give you a good torso workout? Flash Kick practice... Back flip practice... btwist practice... lots of stuff. Don't trick when you are too sore though... That can be bad.
Oh ya... supposedly crunches and situps and v-ups are supposed to be good too. Also, that protien powder you can buy helps.

Well, it's not about conditioning(i do alot of conditioning in MA) , it's about my tehnique. I think it might be because i dont arch my back+ not getting enough air-time

more power. You're not finished by the time you land, you either need to practice to get more height, rotation, or speed and finish BEFORE you land.
Do this by working standing backflip some more until you can finish way early, maybe play with some other variations or standing backflip onto a higher surface like the guy who "broke [his] personal record!"
you seem to be doing the exact same technique as a standing backtuck except not really tucking one leg... this is causing you to under rotate where as your use to doing standing backtucks.... the flash kick is an entirely different motion and is much more related to a whip backflip.... so i'd recommend working on whip backflips (lots of back arch, little or no tuck) and trying to flash out of that.
