On the main site, Juji says to eat carbs in the morning, and fats in the evening combined with veggies right? Well here's what my diet will consist of.
(One or more combined) Morning: Total, Oatmeal, Whole Grain Bread, Fruits, Veggies
Lunch is a combination of both Morning and Dinner foods or whatever.
(One or more combined again) Dinner: Meat, Nuts, Veggies....Peanut Butter?
Oh and Oatmeal for sleep stack...I don't eat the cottage cheese, heh.
I need to know if this is pretty good or if I need to change it. And I need to know when I should slip in a protein shake, seeing as it is mostly fruit which = carbs. I also need some help finding some other dinner food high in fat, but not bad fat. Thanks.
