What's it consist of for you ? Personally I find running around 15 minutes and then a few dynamic stretches work the best.

i do some dynamic stretches and rotate the feet.

jumping, dynamic stretches, neck- ankle-wrist warmups (rotations), some kicks.

Cat/camels
Lunges
Pushups
Broom dislocates
Over head squats
Handstands

I just hop around for a minute, dynamic stretch, then throw some basics and i'm ready to go. I've found that by keeping the warmup simple, I perform better.
