Ok to make this simple, I've got an injury that'll probably keep me from tricking a few days (even though it's on a odd place). This topic is meant to show you how NOT to tuck your legs in a frontflip.

1. NEVER put your tongue between your teeth or whatsoever whilst doing the flip or landing

2. The best way for beginners to tuck is to tuck in such a way that your knees will hit you shoulders, not you mouth

You can already conclude what kind of an injury I've got from this. For those who don't: I land with my chin hitting my knees and bit my tongue (luckily I didn't bite it off). I came out quite fine, tomorrow (according to the docter) I perhaps won't feel much of it. But it could have been worse, like I said before, if the landing was any harder. I might've had to go to the doctor with a worse story.

So to avoid this, try it according to the two points above.

PS; The good thing: I did land a frontflip

i saw a guy doing a front tuck and landing short with his knee to the nose, blood was every where and he broke his nose.
