Aerial Help, video included

Ey guys,

Please don't flame me, I'm kinda new to tricking.

I've tried an aerial for 2 weeks now and as you can see in my video I stop rotating when Im exactly upside down, and because of that I put my one hand down so I won't fall on my head. I also think I've to jump up alot more and I've to make my rotation faster.

I'd like to know some tips from you guys who might have alot of experience with this trick.

Use those arms more. You've got to pull them all the way through.
And kick up harder with that leg.

Ok, thnx for the replies guys, I will try to work on these points. I really need to jump alot heigher, it's like im trying to do a regular carthwheel :S
