i think i could land them if i kicked down, but are there anymore tips
on going higher, better spin etc?

It looked like you were going for a hyper.

You seem to have the rotation but you just kinda, didn't get that foot beneath you. You'll probably get it soon.

In the end it doesn't even matter.

if you arch and reach back before you spin, you will get more torque and become slightly inverted or at least more horizontal. with this little extra bit added, your feet will just find the floor by themselves so you don't have to pop the foot out manually.

I`d say if you can`t allready, learn these.
Standing fulltwist.
Roundoff/cartwheel double full.
If you don`t have them, then learning them will probably help heaps.
