Wouldnt it make more sense to have

Monday: chest shoulders back
Tuesday: biceps triceps legs
Wednesday: Rest
Thursday: chest shoulders back
Friday: biceps triceps legs
Saturday: REST
Sunday: REST

seems that to have friday, saturday and sunday as your 3 rest days one after the other as a lil silly. your call though.

forearms? abs? maybe put in some lunges with a weighted barbell/dumbbells?
dunno im just brushing over it. i dont know much. take everything i say with a pinch of salt

Where the hell is your ab workout? I demand that you educate yourself!

If you are working out for tricking purposes, check out Chicanerous stickied thread (boy I'm good at selling this) in this forum.

Umm I was wondering can I like take a 10lb dumbbell and use it to do sit-ups so it is more challenging?

yup. hold it to your chest and go for it. using weights i would recommend crunches, actually i would recommend them anyway. also. either use a plate, or 2 smaller dumbells, one for each hand, its just easier. not just situps though bro. leg crunches, twisting situps etc etc. check out some of these, some are good, most are shit: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/exercises.php?MainMuscle=Abdominals

No, because it will annihilate your chest cavity due to the tremendous pressure it builds up after the 6th rep.

Post your age in your profile. I don't like those that don't show their age.

*Edit* Five you bugger!

Your bulking schedule is awful but I don't feel like elaborating so I'll leave it up to someone else.

Funny thing is most people with knowledge stopped caring about these things long ago.
