I check that gallery every couple weeks. It's been up for like forever. I don't remember posting it or seeing it posted here though.

48 kg Yang Lian snatches 98 and jerks 119, both world records. She has said, 'There is no end for me to smash world records, but what I want most is the gold medal in the Beijing olympic games.'
I looked through the album. Damn, some of them are so fucking ripped, and muss. Some of them has such an incredible physique at so low BW, really cool. No unused weight there, it's all pure muss.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G5QLojYkVeY here is a cool OL training video. It includes a 2 x 290kg squat by a 77kg lifter. Ass to grass, no belt/suit, easy as shit.

There's little about him on the net (name Li Hongli), but, for an average for his weight class, check out:

He's probably about 5'7 or 5'8.

Never seen that one. I love those doubles and triples on BSQs. Very fast, perfect form, and in complete control.

Question. Are these Olympic style RDLs or Regular Deads? Because on my regular deads I go lower with my butt, similar to ATG squat.

He's just doing plain old deadlifts. Don't copy his form though. Olympic lifters pull with their shoulders ahead of the bar and in a slightly different position in order to replicate the first pull of the clean/snatch. Powerlifters pull in a position with the torso more erect and with the shoulders further back that is more efficent for pulling max weights.
Before anyone gives me crap about that Rippetoe deadlift analysis article, I just said they pull with their "shoulders further back," which does not necessarily mean that the shoulders are actually "behind the bar," which is really a teaching cue, not so much a physical reality.
Video tape your form if you're unsure about it and we can critique it. Use a similar camera angle as the video you posted.
The RDL is completely different. It's evident that you don't understand the movement if you've confused the two so, to learn, I'd recommend this article: http://files-upload.com/126351/RDL.pdf.html

I have a video of my dead with very light weight. I'll try to upload it within a day or two. I'll PM you when it's done, I'll make a thread here.

Use a challenging weight. Anyone can have perfect form with a light weight. It's what happens when your body is under significant stress that matters.

Ok, I'll film some more tomorow, both what I think an RDL is and regular Deadlift. I'm shy to film in the gym haha cause people go like. "OMG look he's proud of his lift, he's filming" But I end up making the ogre face. :ogre:

I end up thinking that they're thinking that same thing when I film. It's irrational. The truth is people could care less.

So true. Like I cannot care less that all they do is bench press and preacher curls.
People don't give a shit. Film and be done with it. Going around thinking everyone is judging you is a good way to become asocial :ouch:

I don't "think" they are judging me. I just had like 5 people asking why I was filming, and I was in the middle of my set.

Smack the barbell in their face if they won't leave you alone.
Why do people have to be all nosy about someone filming? I'd be annoyed as shit if someone came up to me in the middle of my set and asked me why I was filming. Bloody social assholes.

I film all of my deadlifting over about 275lbs. My gym is quiet during the day and only weak homos are there at that time, so it impresses the shit out of them.
The benefits of filming your lifting > people thinking you're a faglord

We have two squatter in the gym. Me and some dude from the soccer team.
I am the only one training my Deadlifts. So they think I'm strange and don't now how to train. The leg press and calf raises are way more effective, you know.
