I was just wondering what can I do to warm-up my biceps before I workout the biceps?

What else do you do in your workout?

Tricep, shoulders, then another day chest and abs and legs

When do you do back?

B-ack!? What is that!? You only need strong biceps in order to succeed at tricking.

I do it with the chest

Then just do curls at a lighter weight than you use for your work sets. If you were doing back on the same day, you would do the back exercises before the bicep exercises and then you'd need little to no warm-up for them since your biceps will already be warm from the back exercises.

Chicanerous, now you're just confusing him. Two sentences is just too much.

So I do light weight but then would I need to do less of my regular sets?

If the weight isn't challenging, why would you need to reduce the volume of your work sets? It's the hard work you do that counts.

No, a warm-up is a separate part of your workout. Do not count anything from a warm-up into your actual workout. The lighter weights are simply to kick your blood vessels into gear and activate your arms so you don't hurt yourself.

Don't worry. If you can't keep up I'll make sure you get a special class where everyone works at the same pace you do.
