It's my friends and my personal goal to be spartan. Shouldn't be that hard considering I train with a personal trainer (friend) and a 200lb (of muscle) heavyweight taekwondo instructor.

True, however I'm not planning on overtraining just to reach a goal and then drop it.

Maybe it's not exactly 100% the physique I'm trying to attain, but I'm trying to attain something natural. Perhaps this thread should've been titled something more along the lines of "Motivation".
