Hi there,

Ive been working on this Universal body building program for a couple of months now (even though its a 12 week program) and Ive been getting results,
I would like to put more emphasis on slimming down to get a more muscular definition. Is it a case of no fats in the diet, but I hear some forms of fats are essential in a diet,
so what do you think I should do?

Low fat diets are useless. Eat healthy foods and do not eat insane portions.

When you say pack of biscuits. Do you mean to say you eat a pack in one sitting?

Because if you want to slim down, that could pose el problemo (Sorry any Hispanians if my horrible spanish offends you :dead:).

Unless you realize that a full pack of biscuits is concerning, then you are going to fail with slimming down.

I uses to do that. Stop buying cookies.

Seriously, all the extra calories from those cookies, your body's going to put into reserve (fat), and you'll spend the rest of the week working it off.

I'm not saying drop it entirely. But for crying out loud you can't expect to have the privilege to eat a full packet of biscuits and still lose weight on a constant basis. The amount of calories packed into one bag/box of cookies is frickin' immense. Especially if they contain chocolate.

Use it as a reward if you ever get severe cravings. Which you won't if you stop eating them for a week.
