the ass crack of the nation. lol...no but seriously...I'm 14, extremely athletic for my size and age...a 120lb freshman in hi skool benching 160 lbs and squatting 235...I think it's decent...But in other news I'm trying to learn freerunning, parkour, tricking whatever you wanna call it. Where can I start? Do any of you live in MD and train?

hahaha, wth scott, maryland and PA are separated by delaware (on the coast).

If you're ever in PA though, we train in bensalem. And there are some trickers in the wilmington area also.
