i have a strange problem with backflips, i can't get my arms up when i jump up, well i allways try to throw them up but they stick to the side, like it's some kind of fear, don't know....
i think my backflips are low because of my arms...

yea, i know it's a noob thingie...:dead:
In your first jump, you didn't throw your arms correctly for a backflip- if you had, you would have rotated. You have to throw your arms as hard as possible, all the way back (don't stop them in front of your head, let them go all the way till they're next to your head). In your backflip, you jump BACK instead of up (jump up!), you don't stall, you don't tuck tight, but most importantly you're correct about the arms- it looks like you're hestitating. Just try to think of it this way- if you DO throw your arms, your backflip will become easier and better, which equals less reason to be afraid of it. Nice hypertwist in your avatar, by the way!
