I'll get the video up today, as it is 5:55 in the morning, i got school and stuff. hopefully you guys can help with my technique. i finally landed the aerial at the park yesterday, albeit a 1:10 stick/crash-sloppy

thank you in advance! and i'll try get the feed up soon, so i'll be editing.

In advance... does aerials require a real hard jump from the lead leg? i watched muju's video and he doesn't look like he jumps at all even though he says "stomp" but i can see why because when i try it i can't get enough height. maybe i'll try jump harder today.

k have a good day fellas/ladies

mmhh... he doesn't jump that hard, but you got to lift your other leg very hard to get some height. The lifting leg is way more important than everything else with aerials stuff.

i see. well, i'll work on lifting the trail leg harder. i'm guessing that's what gives the momentum and turning speed, while the jump just gets the height? cool : )

Shit, I'm still sore from tricking on monday!! what the hell!! It's hard to walk... I decided to wait till tomorrow to get footage. Is that normal for a first timer? I didn't think my hamstrings/ass/core would hurt that much, and i've been straying from power lifting in weight training and stuck to more core training.

yeah it's normal, I trick for 2 years at least once a week (almost every week)and I'm still sore the next day of each session! Do some dynamic stretch 3-4 times a week, it'll help you a lot with your aerials
