im just thinkin.... does this classify as a trickster aerial?
if not, how do i make it one....

That's imo just an aerial. It would be easier to see from a side view.

It's a normal not so great aerial aka trickster aerial. It could be better and anytime you want to show your aerial to people, film from 2 angles so it's easier to see how straight and vertical you are. Aerials always end up looking worse from front to back obviously, so it's easier to see where you can make adjustments.

It's a start though. Try learning the straight proper aerial but taking a hop foward like you're going into a roundoff then just pull your left shoulder back a little and that's torque you around for the 180 turn you need to do to face the direction you came from.

Seriously though, don't settle for second-hand aerials. Learn a proper straight on vertical one as well as that "trickster" aerial. Doing so will make all your aerials and variations better.

It's a trickster aerial because your hips are clearly not directly over your head, I bet it looks like / from the side rather than |.

This whole thing with trickster aerial and aerial is sooo stupid!
any aerial is a aerial. if u want to cheat ur aerial then its a cheated aerial. other wise a stright over no handed cartwheel is an aerial.

....which is why people call the 'cheated aerial' a trickster aerial........:eh:

Oh and I'm pretty sure it's a trickster aerial.
