This is my first gym samp first time I've been to an actual gym, I've been to some schools gyms which had a small set of flop mats for the yoga class but thats about it.
Me and some guys did backflips off blocks for the most part the first liked it. I pulled my groin on a tumble trampoline 10 minits into the night :( any hot trickChicks wanna rub it beter?

Well I don't know how entertaining that is. Not one kick or twist. I guess that's an okay way to learn things ( off that block ) but you were all landing the back tucks basically, should've kept going off smaller blocks until it's just on ground.

Some decent looking effects.

Yeah thanks man we were playing around with the mats nothing serious I had a massivly pulled groin. Thanks about the effects im working on an actual video though.

Seriously.

It looks the the blonde/long haired guy wasn't even jumping, he would just sort of fall off the block and tuck, haha.

The above was all I had in mind while watching the vid, but that would have been a really short post.

How can you not land that trampoline-block-frontflip?! From such a height it shouldn't be much of a problem...
The flips were overall not of great quality...

But if this was your first time then just keep on trying, working on you technique and jumping from lower blocks till you are on the ground.(like Dave also said)

Remember to always pay attention to the right technique; even though you are landing the backtucks from the blocks, with the technique you are using there you will never be able to land them on flat surface. So don't think:"I land them so I must be doing them right". Because you should really jump more/harder/straighter. Your tucks were OK I guess.

hey rayZor thanks for your tips man there appreciated really, I pulled my groin at the begining of the night so wasnt trying much of anything. I know my tech isnt the greatest and dose need work.
Oh N Kamikazie I did everything humanly possible to keep my pants up but it just was not happening that day.
