Is it better to think feilong with a hook after.
or
720 Double with a round inbetween ?

do you have any tips on getting the leg higher with the 3nd kick as well ? i find it throws me off balance if i do a round kick, so any tips would be much appreciated...

just to give me something to work on, i've only attempted them so any advice is very welcome =)

Treat the setup as you would a doubleleg. The first outside crescent will lean you back, then make the 2nd kick a fast popping kick and immediately rechamber it and look back over your shoulder.

Don't make the mistake of leaning back, but your kicks will give it that appearance anyways. Try dry runs with weak kicks on the first crescent and round to get the feel, and as you get more consistant wail them out a little more each time.

all you need is a good crescent540 (hyper feilong kick) :good:

it's one of those moves i dont really think too deeply about. to me i just try and power into a crescent540 and pop out a hook on the end haha.

so my advice is just to drill them crescent540s! extension, height, landing etc. just keep pushing it and i think 720triple will come easy for ya.

I disagree with trying to do them like pop jacknifes with a crescent kick to start with, it means you have to roll your hips over for the 2nd and 3rd kicks, which is pointlessly hard in a move where you dont need to do it.

Treat it as a 720 double with a high front snap kick/round kick inbetween. That way you're not making it any harder than it should be.

it's not as hard as a jacknife at all.

im not saying it is :eh:

same concept of rolling the hips over though, making it harder for no reason etc.

My post isn't helpful at all, but I felt like saying awesome job working on this kind of trick. Not so many people work on advanced kick trickz nowadays.

Keep it up man. :good:

bingo. the hardest part is getting that round out, let your hip lead it as you turn over to throw the last kick.
