don't stop your leg when you finish the b twist you kinda stop it and then kick it again it's meant to be one fluent motion ^^

you need to keep your swinging through leg high, and try get your chest up....you need to be landing almost stood up with your left leg high behind you - to get a bigger swing to get your cork higher

Practice it and u'll get it smoother

really unusual, you barely take off into the cork at all, your gonna have to use the momentum to really swing your hips higher, cos at the minute it looks like you barely swing UP into that cork at all.
