yesterday i tricked in my back garden for about half an hour, went indoors and decided to be a dirty, diet cheating bitch and eat about 6 pieces of KFC and huge bowl of oatmeal... i went to bed shortly after but when i woke up this morning.... i was, like, totally MUSS as if i had just ripped the shit out of myself at the gym!!!
it was, like, some serious spiderman shit man.
so................what the hell happened???

Well it could be a number of things, none of which being that your incredible combination of KFC and oatmeal has made you a muscular beast...
1) you were card loaded. (pretty likely..)
2) You were dehydrated (also, pretty likely...)
Exactly how many calories do you typically eat in a day?

Exactly how many calories do you typically eat in a day?
i don't count calories... but i'm assuming i eat just about enough to maintain my body fat percentage (i think it's like 5-10%) and even decrease it some days... i like to stay light and springy.
I look muss whenever I wake up, take a huge piss and my skin is all contracted because it's cold.
Or just after I have a cold shower/swim.
